Soundings deliver exemplary public and stakeholder consultation and engagement that feeds directly into emerging Masterplans and city regeneration strategies.

Acting as a neutral voice in the development process

Communities are engaged creatively to seed change, inform design and empower local groups committed to the long-term success of a place. Soundings create tailored processes working closely with architects, developers, agencies, local authorities and local people.

Our dedicated team draw on extensive experience gained during public consultations in well over half of London's boroughs including Kings Cross Central and the 2012 Olympic and Legacy Masterplans.

Productive exchange between the community and the masterplanners

Soundings have facilitated and chaired many productive exchanges between the masterplanning team and local people through regular Residents’ and Community Liaison Group meetings and six key public workshops. In addition to this Soundings staged many further street events, exhibitions and 'door knocking' sessions to involve as many local people as possible in the process. Between October 2009 and February 2011, the Chelsea Barracks Partnership Hub at 59 Pimlico Road was opened, The Hub allowed us to stage numerous meetings and drop-in exhibitions just a few minutes walk from the site.

Information about all of these events have been published on this website and in regular newsletters.
