The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire

The PQQ gives information about the Chelsea Barracks site and asks a series of questions that the masterplanning team had to address successfully in order to be considered appropriate and skilled enough to work on the project.

The PQQ has been written taking into account the planning policy framework established by Westminster City Council, and the views of the local community expressed about the site during the initial consultation outreach.

The PQQ does not include the appendices sent to masterplanners containing background information on the project.
