Qatari Diar - the Investor
Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, which is fully owned by the Qatar Investment Authority, was established in December 2004 to support Qatar's growing economy and to co-ordinate the Country’s real estate development and investment priorities. Qatari Diar is currently undertaking more than 30 projects, in 18 countries around the world.
The Masterplanning Team and Specialist Consultants
The Masterplanning team are Squire and Partners, Dixon Jones Architects and Kim Wilkie Associates. They are supported by a number of specialist consultancies handling a range of issues from structural engineering, arboricultural advice, transport issues through to socioeconomic research.
