We are asking you to register to help us get a wide variety of opinions for the Chelsea Barracks Partnership consultation project.

Your registration will enable us to contact you and invite you to participate in future events.


In addition, registration will allow you to see other people's views as well as share your thoughts with your fellow neighbours and residents. If you don't register, you won't be able to see what other people have to say. It should be noted that your registration grants us permission to share your thoughts and views on the website and in related literature.


Perhaps, most importantly, if you don't subscribe to the consultation process through the registration process, then we will not be able to properly acknowledge your opinions. This would greatly reduce the impact of the consultation process and its ability to shape the future. Please don't let this happen.


How will we use the information you submit to the site:

Any opinions or imagery submitted to the website may be used within the website, and/or published in consultation documents as well as the ultimate Statement of Community Involvement. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to maintain the confidentiality of personal contact details when identifiable, photographic images are used. Given the wide coverage anticipated, we are unable to fully guarantee this.


- We may feature any images/photographs that you submit in the 'Share your views' section of the Chelsea Barracks Partnership website.

- We may display some of the answers and comments you submit in the 'Share your views' section of the Chelsea Barracks Partnership website.


Licenses and Warrants

As noted previously in the general Terms and Conditions, any information or material submitted grants the Chelsea Barracks Partnership an irrevocable right to its future use under current Copyright law. Any information submitted is accepted with the understanding that you have done so in good faith and you warrant it is accurate, not confidential nor in violation of any existing contractual restrictions or third party rights. You further agree to inform Chelsea Barracks Partnership in the event that any such information has changed since your initial registration with Chelsea Barracks Partnership and, if appropriate, you agree to make such modifications to your profile.
